For Leotta, photography is not understood exclusively as an instrument for the description and reproduction of reality, but rather it “allows one to work on the processes of image creation as an experience of development to be manipulated, rewritten and contemplated.” This practice is for him a place for the recording of experience, of the visualization of the link between the human soul and chemistry.
